Please read these rules before entering Flavor Up Daylight Savings daily sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Johnsonville Sausage, LLC. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility:

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF ALASKA AND HAWAII) OVER THE AGE OF 18. Employees and other representatives of Johnsonville Sausage, LLC (“Johnsonville”) or its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How To Enter:

You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting your name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address (optional), date of birth and daytime telephone number on either (a) a 3” by 5” card or (b) an online Sweepstakes entry form available at www.johnsonville.com/sweepstake. Entries must be submitted online, or mailed to Johnsonville at Flavor Up Daylight Savings Sweepstakes, Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, P.O. Box 906 Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin 53085. Entries must be received by Johnsonville by 11:59:59 p.m. on March 30, 2008, whether submitted online or by mail, and no entry will be eligible to win if it is received by Johnsonville after March 30, 2008. Johnsonville will not be responsible for any late, lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, postage due, returned or misdirected entries. Johnsonville reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process. All entries shall become the property of Johnsonville and may not be returned or acknowledged. Limit one (1) entry per day per person. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, online entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Johnsonville may at any time and in its sole discretion require proof that you are the authorized account holder of your e-mail account.

Prizes:

Ten (10) grand prizes shall be awarded. Each grand prize shall consist of (a) one (1) Weber Genesis E-320 brand gas grill with porcelain-enabled shroud and electronic crossover ignition system. Each grand prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $699 and may not be redeemed for cash. Five hundred (500) first prizes will be awarded. Each first prize shall consist of one (1) pair of Johnsonville branded grilling tongs. Each first prize has an ARV of $12 and may not be redeemed for cash. The aggregate ARV of all prizes is $12,990.

All prizes will be awarded. Standard ground, domestic shipping is included with each prize, when appropriate. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WINNERS. No substitution or transfer of prizes shall be allowed, except that Johnsonville reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

Selection of Winners:

The entries submitted by mail and online will be combined into a group from which Johnsonville will randomly select ten (10) grand prize winners and five hundred (500) first prize winners in a drawing to be held at its offices in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on or about April 1, 2008. Winners are not required to be present to win. Winners will be notified on or about April 2, 2008 via e‑mail, or, if such a winner has not provided an e-mail address, by telephone. If a winner is unreachable or ineligible or fails to claim his or her prize within five (5) days after the drawing, such winner will forfeit his or her prize, and the prize may be awarded to another winner, in Johnsonville’s discretion. Unless prohibited by applicable law, winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or release of liability and publicity before being awarded a prize. If any winner does not execute such an affidavit or release upon request, his or her prize shall be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are nontransferable.

Limitation of Liability:

Johnsonville, its affiliates and their respective representatives are not responsible or liable for any entry or other communication which is lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete or stolen. If, for any reason (including without limitation, tampering, fraud, technical failures or human error), the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, Johnsonville reserves the right in its discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

General Release:

By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize, each entrant and/or winner releases Johnsonville and its affiliates and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages or any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including without limitation, claims, costs, injuries or losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

Consent:

Unless prohibited by applicable law, by entering the contest, you consent to the use of your name, likeness and image, address and/or prize information and/or contest entry for promotional and other purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. By entering the contest, unless prohibited by applicable law, you consent to being placed on Johnsonville’s mailing list and give your express permission to be contacted by Johnsonville regarding the contest by telephone, e‑mail and/or postal mail.

Miscellaneous:

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Johnsonville, which are final and binding in all respects. Johnsonville reserves the right to change these Official Rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, at its discretion. The names of the winners and their respective cities and states of residence will be available from April 2, 2008 through April 1, 2009, at Johnsonville’s website at www.johnsonville.com. You may also obtain a list of winners by mail by submitting a request for a list of winners with a self addressed stamped envelope by May 30, 2009 to Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, Attention: Creative Services, P.O. Box 786, Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53085.
